Toby Chihuahua Adult Male in Amarillo, Texas

My story
Toby is a tan and white Chihuahua mix. He is 4 years old and was an owner surrender, along with a few other dogs. The owner just had way too many to take care of. Toby is good with other dogs. He's a bit large for being a Chihuahua mix, but he's pretty sweet just the same. He's still a bit shy or timid, since coming to Amarillo SPCA. He seems to like people and attention.
